Combining models is always a complex and time-consuming task, especially for different types of models. However, Modelo’s model combination solution – BUILD makes this job much easier. Now it takes only 3 steps to combine different types of models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is BUILD?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modelo BUILD is an Application Program Interface (API) with a friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI).  It provides a platform that helps users to develop Modelo’s customized requirements. In Build, we have released plenty of fascinating special features, and the model combination is one of them.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Upload the models to BUILD <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upload the models that should be combined to BUILD. BUILD supports all mainstream 3D model types, including rvt, 3dm, skp, fbx, and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:  Calibrate Combination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click “Combine models”, select the models you want to combine in the pop-up box and name the combined file. Then click \u2018Calibration\u2019.  On the calibration page, you can move and rotate the models to the proper places. After adjusting the position, click “Combine models” to complete combination work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Upload the Combined Model to Modelo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the upload token generated from Modelo DAM, you can upload the combined model to Modelo and browse the model with the best visualization effect. Don’t forget to share these combined models with others! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
