Understanding BIM: A Twitter-style Overview

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a game-changer in the construction industry. It refers to the process of creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a building or infrastructure.

'IFC' or Industry Foundation Classes is an open file format that is commonly used for exchanging BIM data between different software applications. It allows for interoperability and seamless collaboration between project stakeholders who may be using different BIM authoring tools.
