How to Save a 3D View in Revit

Sep 27, 2024

Hey everyone! Today, I'm going to show you how to save a 3D view in Revit. It's super easy, so let's get started. First, open your Revit project and navigate to the 3D view you want to save. Once you have the view open, go to the 'View' tab on the ribbon and click on '3D View'. From the drop-down menu, select 'Camera'. This will activate the camera view in your 3D view. Now, position and adjust the view to your liking. Once you have the perfect angle, click on the 'Save As' button in the toolbar. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to name your view. Give it a descriptive name so you can easily find it later. Once you're done, click 'OK' to save your 3D view. That's it! You've successfully saved a 3D view in Revit. Now you can access it anytime by going to the 'Project Browser' and navigating to the '3D Views' section. Thanks for watching, and I hope this tutorial was helpful! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions. #Revit #3Dview #Save #Architecture #Design
