How to Enable 3D View in Google Earth

Sep 29, 2024

Google Earth is a powerful tool for exploring our planet in 3D, and enabling the 3D view can provide a more immersive experience. Here's a quick guide on how to do it. First, open Google Earth and navigate to the location you want to view in 3D. Once you're there, look for the '3D' button in the toolbar at the top of the screen. If you can't see it, try right-clicking on the map and selecting 'Show 3D Buildings'. Click the '3D' button to switch to the 3D view. You can now use your mouse or trackpad to rotate the view and zoom in and out to explore the area in 3D. You can also use the 'Look Around' feature to get a street-level view in 3D. To disable the 3D view, simply click the '2D' button in the toolbar. And that's it! You can now enjoy exploring the world in stunning 3D detail with Google Earth.
