How to Import an OBJ into Matrix6

Sep 30, 2024

Hey everyone! Today I'm going to show you how to import an OBJ file into Matrix6 for all your 3D modeling needs. So, let's get started!

Step 1: Launch Matrix6 and open a new project. Make sure you have the latest version of the software installed to ensure smooth compatibility with OBJ files.

Step 2: Once your project is open, navigate to the 'File' menu and select 'Import'. From the dropdown menu, choose 'OBJ' as the file type you want to import.

Step 3: Browse your computer to locate the OBJ file you want to import into Matrix6. Once you've found it, select the file and click 'Open'.

Step 4: A settings dialog may appear, allowing you to customize the import options for the OBJ file. You can adjust parameters such as scale, orientation, and material settings to ensure the imported object looks exactly how you want it to in Matrix6.

Step 5: After finalizing your settings, click 'OK' to begin the import process. Matrix6 will then process the OBJ file and import it into your project.

Step 6: Once the import process is complete, you should see the OBJ file successfully loaded into Matrix6. You can now edit, manipulate, and incorporate the imported 3D object into your project as needed.

And that's it! You've successfully imported an OBJ file into Matrix6. Now you can take your 3D modeling to the next level with a wide range of imported objects to work with. Thanks for watching, and happy modeling!
