If you want to add some cool 3D models to your MMD project, you'll need to know how to import OBJ files. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Download and Install the MMD software if you haven't already. You can find it online for free.

Step 2: Open MMD and go to the 'File' menu. Select 'Load' and then 'Load Model' to open the 'Load Model' dialog box.

Step 3: In the 'Load Model' dialog box, select 'OBJ' from the dropdown menu next to 'Files of type'. This will allow you to browse your computer for the OBJ file you want to open.

Step 4: Navigate to the location of your OBJ file and select it. Click 'OK' to open the OBJ file in MMD.
