Oct 11, 2024

Are you stuck in 3D view in Blender and can't figure out how to get back to the regular interface? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here's a quick tutorial on how to navigate out of 3D view and return to the main Blender interface.

Step 1: Locate the 'View' Menu

First, make sure you have the Blender window open. Look for the 'View' menu at the top of the screen. It should be located between the 'Render' and 'Window' menus.

Step 2: Click on 'View'

Once you've located the 'View' menu, click on it to open the drop-down options.

Step 3: Select 'Back to Previous'

In the 'View' menu, you will see an option called 'Back to Previous.' Click on this option to exit the 3D view and return to the main Blender interface.

Step 4: Use the Shortcut

If you prefer using keyboard shortcuts, you can also navigate out of 3D view by pressing the 'Ctrl + Up Arrow' keys on your keyboard. This will take you back to the previous interface.

Step 5: Save Your Work

After you've successfully navigated out of 3D view, don't forget to save your work. You can do this by clicking on 'File' in the top-left corner and selecting 'Save' or 'Save As' to save your project.
