How to Exit 3D View in Revit

Oct 14, 2024

Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how to exit 3D view in Revit. Sometimes when you're working in 3D view, you might want to switch back to the regular 2D workspace. Here's how you do it:

Step 1: Look for the 'Exit 3D View' button on the toolbar. It looks like a little house icon, and it's usually located at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 2: Click on the 'Exit 3D View' button, and you will be taken back to the regular 2D workspace.

And that's it! It's as simple as that. Now you can easily switch between 3D and 2D views in Revit. I hope this quick tip was helpful for you. Happy designing!
